Graduated from Donetsk Institute of Soviet Trade in 1979, specialty – Commodity studies and organization of trade in industrial goods.
PhD in Economics.
From 1979 to 1983 she was an assistant at the Department of Commodity Studies of the Zaporizhzhia Branch of the Donetsk Institute of Soviet Trade.
From 1983 to 1994 – Senior Inspector of the Ukoopspilka Union of Educational Institutions.
Since 1994 – Director of the Ukooposvita Training and Methodological Center.
Since 2002 – Head of Personnel Policy, Cooperative Education and Science, Director of the Department of Personnel Policy, Education and Science.
Awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, the sign “Excellence in Education of Ukraine”, the Honorary Work Award of the Ukoopspilka “Badge of Honor”, the Diploma and Diploma of the Board of the Ukoopspilka and the Central Committee of the Union of Employees of the Consumer Cooperatives of Ukraine, and awarded with the Gratitude of the Ukoopspilka Board.
